I bet there is not a person on this board that could buy or sell .0124 right now... I don't know who gets that kind of special treatment, but it's not retail buyers/sellers. Call shorting, naked shorting, mm manipulation whatever you want really. It stinks to high heaven and there is not a thing any of us can do about it.
