CB and the BOD: the Markets are sending you a STRONG message that your pre 14 announcement has been an embarrasment. June 8th AMEP traded up to around .068 and nine trading days later we are at .036. This poorly disguised power grab for shares is dead and deadly for share price....We await your revision and clarifications.
