Getting subs and losing them is worse than never "finding" new customers... because the ones you lose are never coming back.
Get it right before trying to expand.
Right now it seems like they buy about 2 copies of the new releases because they rarely if ever get sent 2me anyway- only the old movies from 6+ mths ago get mailed to me --I get lucky sometimes-- just got sent reno911 new release --- and ive had newer wii games on my list for 6 months since i got my wii at christmas and still they havent been sent to me---some even show ready to ship or short wait--(for 6 months)
I have about 75 in my que and about another 100 movies "on order" so that they will actually make sure that they have something in stock to send to me to watch when they get mine back in the mail.
My relatives have 1 out netflix and they see movies before we do with our 6 out gamenflix.
imo they need to get their act together because the price of this stock definately reflects the current business model.
Glad I bailed out at .005 and only took a couple thousand loss-wouldve been much worse for me now.
