If this is true that Petar used shares from the nominee account for his mortgage, does this mean it was illegal? Could this have been part of his compensation for being CEO and a consultant? I have seen many creative ways that people are compensated using stock or the company will (loan) the new CEO money for whatever and after a couple of years the board votes to forgive payment of the loan as compensation. So we really do not know the whole story, most here are assuming the worst.
