Hehehe you should be more accurate in your aproximations...

Cause, wich pps should have VLXC if GE apply a 1x4 split?

GE would have a 39.07/4=9.76$ pps... so VLXC 0.097 isnt?...

I suggest you to use market capitalization as a focus point...
