At least you did something! For my taste, I think it should be handed over to Rodrigo/Marco lock, stock, and barrel as long as he supports sharholder claims and has someone else looking over his shoulder.
BTW, this is a shareholder board. If anyone has any other interest (such as with a party) I think it should be disclosed.
Dan, don't you think it's a little more important to ADVISE people of their CLAIMS and the claims process than it is to start out with the 'cloak and dagger' warning about 'message board posters'?
Sure, warn them. But, is that the first priority of someone coming here with 10K in Telatinos losses? No. They want to know the claims process, the potential for a winning claim or litigation, their best witnesses, and the BEST EVIDENCE.
It's that easy. Where's the evidence or even the notion of a summary of Serf's experiences with PT. It's all missing. Gone, with the photograph and the address used to serve process.
This board and the most obvious, objective information is hidden and manipulated. I think this type of control, at this time, and at this place, rises to a level that should give you pause to really think about the content you include and exclude. What would an objective person, knowing everything that has happened here, expect to read on their arrival?
