I agree, IMO most of the deadlines here have been set by shareholders not the company and all of the frustration has been created by this board. Too many people with no patience, these things take time and according to the original PR we are not far off the original time frame which was given. I could care less about current PPS as I am holding for the real value of this when the deal completes, I can only hope people start dumping at cheaper prices so I can add more and average down. PPS will have NOTHING to do with whether or not this completes or when it completes.

As for the company, no news is good news IMO. It has been long enough now that if it was a scam I believe they would have already announced the deal has fell through. Also I have seen no signs of dilution only impatient sellers.

Everyone should do their own DD and make their own decisions, as for me I'm riding it til the end as I believe this will be huge upon completion.
