Coastal Technologies, Inc. Reports Customer Signings
OMAHA, Neb., Jan. 10, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Coastal Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CTTJ) (the "Company"), a public-traded company, today reported its Chiropractic E-Health System division has signed the test sites as live customers and following the submission of electronic claims transmissions to third party payers have begun to receive reimbursements. Through its subsidiary Goldman & Goldman, Inc., all field-testing in the Chiropractic offices in Illinois has been completed and actual claims submissions have been processed. The Company will use the Hilliard, Ohio facility as an ASP to provide computer-based services to customers.
In addition, Joel Goldman, IT director, announced that the Company has continued to receive vender contract ID codes with additional Medicare Third Party Processors. Using the Processors latest code configurations, the Company software has been approved for use. The latest processors added including Availity, one of the largest EDI or Electronic Data Interchanges for Medicare and Blue Cross of Illinois and Emdeon, formerly part of WebMD, who processes claims nationwide.
Additionally, WPS, who processes 100 million claims per year, has expanded the number of states the Company can file claims in. Goldman stated, "These approvals continue to affirm our Chiropractic business model."
