Selling a business is not like selling a house. Even a
house deal can be held up. Cementers has Auditing going on. Once the Auditing is complete, the Attorneys, Financial Institution, Accountants are all going to have to prepare their papers and probably answer to things we have not even thought of.

Takes time. Jack Stoller said he did not know when everything would be ready to close the deal. Financing is approved subject to and waiting for everything else to be ready. He thought the end of the month at the earliest if then.

My "Guess" due to having been there and having done that a couple of times is that what ever time they are giving Jack, you can add a bit more and then some.

I purchase one branch of the company I was working for and it took months longer than anticipated or at least I was told it would. I have bought and sold several small business's and they vary by the complexity of the business or business agreements.
