Don't even go there.
This is the big boy world.
If Fed Ex says your pkg is "expected" Tues and it doesn't show up are you gonna cut them some slack?
Of course not,you are gonna get on the phone and find out where your pkg is.
If your house is "expected" to close on a certain date,it had better unless there is a damn good reason.

This company is Mickey Mouse if it thinks it can just put out dates without consequences.
Either they never had any intention of adhering to those dates, or they simply lacked the foresight to make sure that their bases were covered.
Personally, I just think they are incompetent
