Not to me it doesnt. Not even a thought, That export license is key. Plus you know global is doing some serious business for just getting started here. They have been in business since 1980 something?? too dont forget that.

Also Keep in mind Sib Almaz is taking calls from GBDX shareholders.
They arent planning to damage them
