I will never understand why some of you take this so personally. These are the facts:

At the beginning of this year, RP and TKO promised $25M in revenue. That was before SSI and Etho were in the picture.

Then, they financed the acquisition of SSI and TKO on the backs of shareholders.

Now, their $25M projection for the year includes about $10 or $11 million from SSI and Ethostream.

So, in essence, TKO is short about $10M from its initial projections. What happened? It isn't rocket science. Nobody can refute this point. The only way the company is going to make $25M this year (if in fact they do make it) is on the backs of shareholders who were forced to pay out of their own pockets for the additional $10M in revenue that TKO was short.

Don't take it personally. Tell me I'm wrong. Tell me how I'm wrong. I can take it. I've been wrong before. I'll be wrong again. But, I have a feeling you won't tell me I'm wrong on this, because I'm not. Based on initial projections and the acquisition of SSI and Etho, we should be at $35M in 2007...they already told us we won't be. TKO needs to account for where the $10M plus acquisition costs went.

Of course, you can respond by saying I'm short, (although I'm actually average in height--5'11'' in case you are wondering), or work with Think Equity, or I'm a jerk, or whatever, but I choose to look at my investments with a critical eye and objectively. And, on that basis, I want to know where my $10M is!!

All posts are only in my opinion. I am not a broker or anyway involved in the securities or investment industry. I do all my own due diligence. Any allegations to the contrary are totally fabricated.
