Unfortunately the problem is from awhile back but it is now being actively pursued by the SEC. But until their is a resolution, it should not effect Stocker shells. However, when this issue is resolved, Stocker may very well be suspended from being an officer in a public company. With that said, he may be inclined to hurry up his search for RM candidates.
