I have not sold and not worried about the pps anytime soon. I continue to build my posistion every month as i dont plan on selling this stock anytime soon. The pps today, yesterday or what it was last month mean nothing to me.

That being said the biggest reason in my opinion as to why the pps is depressed is due to the warrant conversions by Swartz and Lincoln. They supported this company for over 10 years. They have unexerised warrants that they can sell as these pps and make a nice profit. Thats fine, they supported this company for a long time. Now PTSC is basically debt free.


Pohl also advised us very early on that this was gonna get be a rollercoaster ride.... lawsuits, pubpat.. all coming into play.

Whats missing..? settlement on the current lawsuit and continued signings. Pubpat hurt us alittle but just short term in my mind.

i dont get too emotional on this stock.. long term plan for me.
