We will get the news of the aquistion in July IMO. As per my conversation with Rees everything is moving according to schedule. The funding is in order and they are financing thier aquisistion through debt not shares. They are also corting offers on the leases they own.

It's all good. My CB is .0054 on 3.5 times what you have stated..I am not whiiiiiiiininnnnnng.
