Because I also am a BUSINESS BROKER

and I have sold TWO of my own businesses!!

and no neither were a company worth 185 mil but it's all the same just more zero's! But in this case there are probably ALOT more forms due to the fact that they are mining and who owns the dirt (land) and all that.
