They WON'T dilute too much. They state in their presentations that the O/S will not be over 35 million after the secondary offering. Currently 30.5 million fully diluted, that leaves them with 4.5 million more for the mill financing. Also keep in mind that they currently have $7.5 million in working capital as well.
