Come on Ken that is BS, every time he has raised the A/S the stock was diluted! Despite the promise on the website tyo the contrary. I guess the change to a T/A that does not give out the numbers was a way to keep us from finding out the numbers. Why does he hide the numbers from shareholders?

How is he going to raise the cash for the project buy in? How is he going to raise the cash for the initial cost estimates of the project, which we have been told on the website was 10 million dollars? As a holder of 25% interest IDCN will be responsible for 2.5 million.
