bWADDv, I just seem to do better if I take profits when I can. I may leave a little on the table but at least the profit doesn't turn into a loss. Years ago I did quite a bit of buy and hold but I get more profit this way. Sorry, but I never felt "flipping" or even daytrading was a bad thing.
