You're correct, amj.

Afren publicly stated a big discovery for Obo-1 in an excited fashion. Obviously without the operator's blessing.

Being a paying participant in the well, you'd think they'd be privy to real time drilling reports. CVX correctly 'reminded' Afren that, as operator, only CVX had the authority to make public comments.
