How is this the 'facts'?

A R/S is only meaningless to the current stockholders (myself included), not the company. I say this because as long as the have as many A/S as the do, they can start the dilution process all over again and put out PR after PR to help sell those shares. That is completely legal. This is what sub-penny OTC companies often do to stay afloat. Typically those who do that more often are the companies that very few take seriously and lose their value much, much faster following each R/S.

That path depends on the company itself and its BOD.

Hopefully this company believes that it can achieve value in its stock by way of its operations, growth, and revenue. We can all see that there is at least some effort to better the operation (Moroch), establish growth (GNF Entertainment) and increase revenue through its operations. All we can hope for now is that the current business plan works. Bottom line.
