I really think you know the answer to that question my friend.. not trying to be a ahole, but they also said that progas was doing 190 mm and the recent release past shows that wasn't even close... the only billion I see in oil and gas is in the mind of the beholder... in my opinion...

Oh, and you have to drill something to get there..
