Seems the shell has changed names to Toyshare Inc. on NE SOS

Toyshare Inc., may have tried to do IPO twice before and then changed their mind and did a reverse merger?

Nevada SOS - only filing is an amendment but it may have been name change to Toyshare, Inc. - I know this was Marx Toys because the 2 previous docs are the amendment docs # in the Ibox and Marx Toys has disappeared on the Nevada SOS.
