HUMPBACK : This is what I call a moronic response from you.
While reading my posts, if you were trying to add up the # of shares being bought and compare it vs the O/S that is there, then it is the height of stupidity. Everybody knows how many millions make a billion and then how many billions make 9 billions. Learn to read between the lines, try to grasp the essence and visualize the big picture.
That said, do not take my prior posts as bashing, but more as a caution. As I said, I do have some money locked up too and like everyone, I want to make money too. Now, this company may be a good one for real (I have, and am entitled to have my doubts though)and everything will be great down the road; post conversion, post R/S....then hey thats good, very good. When the going is good and nice, there are no worries, everyone is a winner and is happy...it is when the structure comes crumbling down and taking with it the lots of folks invested in it, that the mess becomes a wrecking typhoon.
My perceptions is that there are so many red flags out there that the odds don't favor investors to make money.(to name one - this co. has been there since 1980s and even now is a pink stock with pps .0001 - and a lot of water has flowed under the bridge since 1980; If things were ok, after so many years, the pps or the pink status is not quite an indicator of success.)I would be very happy if I were wrong and if the developments in the near future prove that.
