Great finish today up 37%, 4 mm's stacked on the bid at .001, and the ask has thinned nicely. Looks like it could be setting up for a run...

ARCA is just an ECN, so it is someone with a lot of shares using ARCA to sell. I don't think we have too much to worry about today. Watch it carefully when it starts to run. If ARCA moves up with the run, then that is good, but as soon as they top the ask, be weary, IMO...
