and will anser your question,as I see it from a CaT's point of view..
as far as MacD,I only look for cross-over's and vergence..Con or Di.The zero line is such..neutral,and can be used to see a short term uptrend or downtrend depending on your trading style and time frame..It has to be followed by quicker indicators as I mentioned before..rsi,cci,stochs..
As all Forex traders ,and traders in general..your mood reflects in your post..,but being CaT-LiKe,my posts ..trends to mostly taken be negitively, and sarcastic..even when they are ment to be sincere and honest.....lol
