I still think we got the goods. But if, God Forbid, we don't, and its been anything other than on the up and up and a liquidation is warranted then it's all the more important to retain the current ownership ratios. The preferred shares do not enjoy preferences in regards to being ahead of common shareholders come the distribution of liquidated assets. If this deal was to go through the ownership percentage ratios would be changed so that the percentage of those liquidated assets going to the CEO would be staggering and at our expense. I look at this as an insurance policy and one best left intact and in force.
