reecently it showed june 7th but has now reverted to the above date, not sure why but i do know they have been updating its features and abilities
also as dak pointed out last week this version of this website is not always showing all the information you can get from www.blm.gov/lr2000, again not sure why but there is glaring differences between the two sites and the data you can access from both.
after further investigation i found this on the geocommunicator site:
Most of the land and mineral records from NILS and LR2000 are available on GeoCommunicator, although not all.
