Maybe we need to look it another way.

The cash cow shareholders are being milked early this morning to provide fuel for the buy buy and buy more philosophy.

Be happy and look at it as your PBLS saving account for the future.

Buy it when no one wants it.

One thing we do know is that with positive revenue, no matter the share count, PBLS will stay in business and the PPS will eventually re-float with news.

This is going to be a reoccurring process.
