I agree! The fact that high risk speculation is limited. The fact that PTSC is in order of receiving investor recognition.

Now all the company needs to do is gain control of the share price. The company has made some very good effort in getting a substantially higher share price reflected for its shareholders. I think now, those efforts , along with future business plan announcements will graduate PTSC.
