She's extremely bright and very entrepreneurial. She wants to be able to pull off a deal like Vitamin Water did with Coca-Cola. Being a past CPA with Price-Waterhouse sure doesn't hurt and neither does the experience with Pfizer. I was able to learn alot more today about the debt situation with TSXT and people are going to be blown away with how little debt there is. In the meantime, Michelle was far far ahead of me today when I brought up share structure, future dilution, etc. She has this down to a science and knows how important it is to keep the O/S in check. If there is ever a need in the future for the company to sell any shares to complete a deal or acquisition, she has promised to put out a PR first, explaining what the funds will exactly be used for. In other words, you will never ever call the T/A and find out the O/S count has risen without knowing about it ahead of time. That is a thing of absolute beauty. Right now, she's thrilled about the success of the product and thinks we can all look forward to the numbers in the recent PR being blown away. Her preferred shares can't be converted into common.

"hey joe...
just wondering about your thoughts on michelle's age/experience............
oh yeah, and her 20 MM restricted shares. do either of these concern you?"
