1) I'm in my own category. I don't yet know the other's involved doing their own postings, although I like their writing styles, including numbering points and capitalizing key works.

2) I read Metrolane and LGL"s various posts over time prior to writing mine.

3) Metrolane's source's guess regarding suits reminds me of people looking at an elephant (trying to describe what it might be), each through a straw, with a different colored lens, where one says an elephant "is a blue hose-like creature", another says, "it looks to me like a great big purple butt with a tail", etc. My own opinion is that elephants can look different under different perspectives, and there are different kinds of elephants.

4) I, myself, VERIFIED CONTENTS of postings of others through DIFFERENT SOURCES beyond just CCOP officers so I could EXPAND my PERSPECTIVE includes DIFFERENT ENTITIES, either doing business with CCOP directly or indirectly....I was told by various principles or their counsel that BEING MORE SPECIFIC would VIOLATE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS and/or CONFIDENTIALITY agreements.

5) Jerry of CCOP verified details of the referenced postings, and he too confirmed we can only talk in general (not yet about specifics), and we absolutely MUST NOT NAME NAMES PUBLICLY (although we do so privately by abiding to very strict confidentiality requirements).

6) I'm not going to violate confidentiality agreements or rules about not revealing specific names, etc. I've heard from different sources this is why one deal CCOP almost closed was blown (i.e., violation of confidentiality).

7) Other things Metrolane describes as "have not panned out" more correctly could have said "have been delayed" and/or "have not yet publically been confirmed", which is what I learned, both from CCOP's side and other parties sides.

8) RE: "bad news"...What specifically? Where? I see postings in the CCOP section about very, very DIFFERENT companies in VERY DIFFERENT SITUATIONS, Those postings represent situations partly in direct contrast to CCOP. These negative inferences could create problems where none existed, simply due to perception.

9) A wise person recently told me "THE MIND IS VERY MUCH LIKE A PARACHUTE, IT WORKS BEST WHEN YOU OPEN IT".
