All stock transaction... on what the 'experts' consider youtube worth... this can bite one in the butt, because the aquired company may be a bust.... youtube still may not live up to it's inflated cap.

These may be the same experts that help Enron an others pump up artifitial value.

It's all speculated, with the CEO's getting the sweetest chunk of the deal all the time.

If you all want to say TFN is worth billions ... fine.

IMO ... not even close. At least not in the real world of actual verifiable value.
