I believe that 2004 will be better for LearnCom:

1. The training market should improve with the advent of new hiring and continuing need for compliance training in area like sexual harassment prevention, diversity, etc.

2. We go into 2004 with a much lower cost basis that going into 2003.

3. We've got some "new product" strategies that should bear fruit.

4. We're building a new website with some related marketing plans that should expand our customer base.

I'm cautiously optimistic with the emphasis on "cautiously."
