Wahz, a while back, the gov't issued some contracts.

I think a few from the were involved, Lu, Cien and others.

I though CORV got a few crumbs.

I see what I can find.

Edit: I can't find anything. I must be losing my mind.
I thought it was in August or maybe in Sept. '03. I thought SCMR, JDSU, CIEN, CORV, LU and a few other were involved in the bidding.

Must have been a dream.
