I think we would have had a sucessful retest otherwise. That event, while spinning us out of control from 9/11 thru about march 03, will inevitibly lead to your small caps doing even better because of the enhanced liquidity.

Do we really all actually need to have a discussion about what the leader of the most pwerful country in the world would have done hundreds of years ago to his "central bankers" if they didn't cooperate with his needs at a time when he felt he should resort to warfare. Is it really so different now??
