The whole thing is pretty weird and smacks of fish. The only hope is that, as Rhapsody suggested, they anticipate a runup in reaction to some news that may be coming.

We need to bear in mind that the "retail' role here is very minor with the exception of trading on good news. Mostly it's just MM manipulation making the stock bounce hard for a day or two before taking it lower than ever after a few newbies buy in.

I hope tha company can provide some REAL news that will generate retail interest, which inho is still virtually nil.
