Order Logistics Provides European Commerical Construction Firm With Global Sourcing Solution
CHAMPAIGN, IL, Jun 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Order Logistics, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: ODLG) (www.OrderLogistics.com) announces that it has entered into
an Agreement in Principle to provide a global sourcing solution for one of the
largest commercial construction companies in Europe. The initial agreement will
include an in-depth analysis of their sourcing processes and end with a
customized technology platform allowing them to source materials globally. The
Order Logistics technology solution will enable their procurement managers to
have complete supply chain visibility in all global sourcing operations.
Jennifer Cunningham, Directory of Technology Applications, will lead the
analytical phase of this project in Europe. "We are very pleased to have been
selected by this major European company. Our end to end solution, including the
execution component of our technology differentiated us from other major
providers who bid on this project," said Cunningham.
"This is a major opportunity for us," said Paul McCreary, Executive Vice
President of Business Solutions for Order Logistics. "Once we finish the
analytical stage, we will install all modules of our technology platform;
on-line sourcing, quality and document management in a highly complex
environment. In addition, we are also providing the execution modules; PO
management, PO release, order tracking and reporting."
