corv is a different company than a year ago. They stole Broadwing about for free. It may just be that the street has decided that optics is turning so it won't be a drag on corvis, while the old bell company should be worth, who knows how much, I have no idea

what can I tell you, I told everyone 16 months ago we were going to go nuclear and I wasn't talking about the war. Now if corvis goes to twenty, no one should be too shocked but they should be kicking themselves pretty hard
