WOW, surprising! It is ridiculous. How many PAIMs do you have? See, I smell something funny and fishy here. In 2011, PAIM Canada can declare bankruptcy and get away without paying the debenture while PAIM Wyoming and Philippines continue selling shares.
Look back to PAIM PRs, there has never been said that the debenture was issued and would be paid by PAIM Canada. It was only said by PAIM. Therefore, PAIM (no matter where) needs to pay for the debenture.
