You say you were the lone executive for all that time, and you were taking orders from Paul Taylor, consultant and agent. I assume that means press releases and public communications? Who wrote the actual press releases?

You also seem to know of or about Corey. Have you ever met with or spoken to Corey? Did Corey have any imput at all with this company.

You would imagine, after doing the prime investment banking deal, there might some intervention into affairs or questions asked by Corey (or his reps) along the way.

Unless you think Corey and Paul were tight enough that Corey didn't need to talk to anyone outside of Paul.
