Elliott - I do not think you are getting this. SB is only a "pun" in this case. This case is about all the other big players, as it is connected to the EFF case. Think of who is behind the VCs pumping money into SB and the players who are behind the EFF.

Ok, remember when I was attempting to draw you a picture about some other important issues, about a year ago. I won't even go into those issues, and I am not even going to say, I told you to get your head out of the sand. So, could I just ask you and others, right here and now, to try to see the really "big picture" of what is going on in this case. SB is just a name, who gives a hoot about the SB name. This case is about the player's behind the case. SB could go nowhere on it's own, without the big players using SB as a test of the mobile market patents. No, as SB would have nothing of value to offer.

Oh, Elliott, IMO, you are wrong. NEOM does not need to be involved involved in other unnecessary patent law suits. This case will stop the others.

Why do you think the players in the EFF are involved, using SB as a pun? Big names in patent case means a greater payout if the case is lost by them. Using SB as a pun, is testing the waters for the big players. If MS wants SB now, do you suppose they will still be desired by MS, if SB does not win this case?
