Milen, I know 100k isn't much but it is building support to go higher over time. I agree everyone is waiting for something to happen, so am I. The 13mil shares brought this stock down to where it is and it will take some time to regroup at these levels before it goes up unless news that can't be written off comes out.
Question, why are you planning on buying up until $1 and sell at $3? Why not buy now and sell at $1.25 or so.
