That is what Munro still holds.

He was the dominant shareholder in the NPYC, and much of the earlier dumpage, as the pps dropped from 15c to 015c, was his, as he was raising monies for another project he subsequently got involved with. I suspect much of the current carnage is from daytraders, or folks getting impatient here, anticipating an upward movement sooner than has occurred, and deciding to move on.
