Post# of 79921
I finished my windows
with the exception of a little paint & caulking. So what do I see when I log on tonight? 330 posts. Well guess what? I'm not about to read them all. Of course, I now know why so many. So I guess we all need a recap.

Before there was any talk about the pink upload, I posted the PR from September, where PA said form 10 and no more than 815mil outstanding. I also said if it was higher, he was a liar. I then asked to have the post removed, now this. So let’s take a stroll down memory lane. I'll do the bad stuff 1st.

Long ago I had a person I didn't know, ask me why the authorized went from 997 to 2 bil on the Nevada site. I didn't do a thing, and took a few days to investigate. When my "old" friends from Paltalk found out I knew this, I got a tongue-lashing. In part, they thought I was holding information from my cyber family, and traded on it? I didn't, ever. Part of the lashing was also in part due to my posting of fake PR's (even though it was obvious) and making out I too got a check for the buyback worth a bazillion dollars. What can I say, other than I have a sick sense of humor when I'm bored. Now that we got that out of the way, lets move on.

Sure enough, the company went behind closed doors, and authorized the additional shares. Only after it was made public on the boards, did the company admit it. From that day forward, I have never trusted the company for one minute. I never traded out of my position, and still believed in the company, but totally lost my trust for them.

They then went on to claim around a billion in Oil reserves which never materialized, and it is now replaced with the same figure (slightly greater actually) from the potential new pit. Whatever. I lost trust, so it's no surprise.

Next we get the wheeling and dealing, and 50 reasons under the sun for delaying filing of the form 10. Primarily, it was the acquisitions. Now it's the listing to a higher exchange.

Finally we get the big news we all waited for, but didn't quite get it. Oh yeah. Just 2 days before the pink upload, miraciously there were 118 MILLION shares traded. I'm not gonna say inside information. Woops, I just did. Scratch that from the record.

So now I guess your thinking man, Paul New must be really pissed, I better grab a chair. But wait, we haven’t gotten to the good part. No, not Mike Mulshine.

Ok. So I look @ the pink sheet figure and say whatever. I lost my trust in them long ago. @ least I got my windows in!!! But then I did some hillbilly thinking. I did have some watermelon tonight, so maybe that was it.

Now I know there are some very smart people on this board. The 1st who comes to mind is Low Float Goat. He has been here longer than most, and is very sharp with figures and assumptions. We now have a recently added guru in Ren. I know I forgot a few, but these 2 float (punt intended) to the top.

Anywho, LFG remembers we talked many times on the board about authorized, issued, float, etc. I also recall (and I won't mention names) pointing out to a few, they really didn't understand what they were talking about, and gave them some links. I'm starting to feel that way again.

Recently people were saying they hope the OS was LESS THAN the 815 million, but no mention of preferred. My assumption again, was they are confused. Why would you want the OS LOWER than the 815, if the OS represents Stock currently held by investors? I'm a hillbilly, so bear with me.

If I think (no proof until now) the issued was 815 million, not counting the other 182 million (997-815=182) to make the original 997 million, I would want the OS to be closer (higher) to 815 NOT lower. And when I posted my uneducated guess a while back, I got down to around 415 ONLY because I was counting on some the shares being retired for the buyback. Those being said, now consider this.

It's obvious now the company again, snookered the shareholders by "issuing" the balance of shares from 815 to 1.75 billion. The only slight problem is that 9/26/06 PR stating it would be less than 815. Whatever, I lost my trust for them long ago. BUT WAIT!!. How could that be? Everyone is getting their panties in a wad (as usual) over what appears to be again, not understanding what this means.

To me, it's simple. Instead of having 815 OS, we now have 1.75 OS out of 2 billion authorized. So I said to myself self, you gotta be shittin me (sorry-I rarely cuss but I couldn't resist). How could that be? And why is everyone so upset?

So here in lies the question. Where in the heck (who) did those 935 million shares go? So now gang, go figure that out since this post is about 20 pages long. But before you do, consider this. If those shares were thrown into the market and not part of a deal, I personally don't think the PPS would have reached .034. But then again whatever, I don't trust these guys anymore.

So in conclusion, my casement windows are beautiful. Took a whole day for each (2) window since Anderson forgot to mention these replacements were about 3 inches thinner, so I had to build out (custom) from the frame, to make it work. Oh yeah, and the original windows were installed in the house new, then they put the brick over top where they nailed them into the house. I didn't say 1 cuss word in 2 days. And now Shirley can crank open (old ones wouldn't) those windows, feel the breeze in her face, and smell and feel mother nature right outside our back yard. I'm a happy camper now that I'm done. Little paint and caulk, and it's a wrap.

So peeblers, enjoy the weekend and don't get all worked up. Read my sig, it says it all. I'm hoping next week we will learn where those shares are. Never know. They might be in the ands of some greedy shareholders just like us.

Paul

PS-Please stop with the law suit crap. The company is finally coming clean, so give them a chance to show their entire hand.
