What I'm trying to figure out is how low will it go ? The key imo is whether or not they close the second rto, ( Dalian Chuming or Shandong Green Paper ) Should anything fall through, it'll send a strong signal to " beware ". They close an rto, and its off to the races. Its that simple. I'm thinking .005 , because of the time frame.. you guys crunching numbers, that phase is over, everyone here knows the bum running this show has no heart and sold us down the river. But every dog has its day, this pup is close to the bottom imo , now , can they close # 2 ? Thats the million dollar question. I'm going to really have to think about this..... gl
