~10M free-trading shares, consisting of four certs
5,272,000 shares in restricted certs

Both of these now reside with NSHV lawyers, but Munro still has ~3M shares in "street name" at his brokerage house that he has agreed to make part of the deal.

All total, Munro's current holdings are ~18.3M
