Hey kmx-swing -

Muchas gracias, mi amigo.

The TOS involves a spirit, not just an exactitude. The spirit of this discussion board has been vulgarly violated by those who have, by their very behavior, demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they have no intention of engaging in constructive discourse with others who are attempting to do so.

There is no good-faith effort being made by these bad actors to contribute even one iota of good to this board because no facts are ever posted in their posts and no friendliness is ever exhibited. After other moderators have banned such deliberate bad actors for being repeat offenders, those boards have benefitted, as your second link shows. This would be a better board if discussion were fostered. iHub should not be permitted to become a RagingBull clone.

And the real crime is that these "bullies of the boards" try quench good comments. Like last week, I took the time to point out that, to my surprise, the volumes intraday had been positive. They had been distinctly negative for weeks before that, but surprisingly, they had turned positive.

It took me a good bit of my valuable time to post that post, and its follow-ups, but razor insulted me yesterday for having done so, as though I were some kind of sorry ass fool for having even tried to have a thoughtful discussion. The deliberate attempt through abusive insults designed to make others cower and draw back from engaging in discussions is a violation of the iHub TOS, IMHO. This iHub BIGN board ought to be a dicsussion board rather than a minefield where people with observations, info, and ideas are run from the tarmac by a barrage of bullying. It is not an abuse of the TOS to actually try to contribute something good to others.

Is anyone on this board under the misguided illusion that BIGN has been a good investment over the last 2 years? That being so, what is added by repeatedly cursing this darkness? Does anyone actually think that observing that the intraday volume were surprisingly positive across all timeframes (as I did the other day, buttressing my idea with actual facts) is as worthless as belittling other posters one more time?

We all suffer because of the way this company has behaved. To quote a song by Jackson Browne, "I don't need to be reminded of my failures. I have not forgotten them." The kernel of thought contained in that refrain resonates for me, thank you very much. I don't need to be reminded of this failure.... I had not forgotten it. We all know that we are under the bus and have had little to be optimistic about, but how does trying to contribute light in a dark place make us deserving of being bullied?

I think this deliberate, repeated, and intentional attacking by "bullies of the boards" is self-evidently a violation of the TOS and it has resulted in razor's being banned elsewhere, on other boards. Thats what I saw when I followed your second link. Everybody should go and see this for themselves; razor was banned elsewhere for having done these kinds of things repeatedly elsewhere. Perhaps razor could enlighten us all as to how, exaclty, his comments here differ in either tone or tenor, volume or frequency, from those that got him banned elsewhere? How can this situation not be grounds for banning him on this board?

We need to clean up this board. I firmly believe that, with the SEC breathing down BIGN's neck, they will do something before mid-August that will result in the basic value of this pinkie increasing substantially. When that happens, we, the faithful longs, will all benefit bigtime. I could be wrong; I readily admit that, but I have an opinion and there is nothing wrong with that. Like I clearly say in my signature line, you would be well advised to make up your own mind, but you are not entitled to denigrate me as though I were a mindless cult follower with so little sense I would drink poison koolaid and die, as has been razor's habit in the past.

This board is supposed to be a place where constructive discussion is not only permitted, but encouraged. At present, not only is discussion not encouraged, it is openly inhibited, for the abusive "bullies of the board" have no fear that they will ever be restrained. IMHO, a whole bunch of us should make it clear that this place needs to become a board where discussion is encouraged, and those accustomed to being permitted to be abusive and insulting should be made aware that they will no longer be allowed to use their posts to try to quench other poster's hopeful candles of light.

Cursing the darkness and calling it light is darkness itself. I don't need to be reminded that BIGN is a failure. I have not forgotten it. Is anybody helped by being reminded one more time that BIGN has been a bad investment? Is anybody helped by having this vulgarly shoved in their faces one more time? Or is it more helpful to try to have a discussion of the idea that things could be looking better because, surprisingly, the intraday volumes have improved recently? It will always be better to light a candle against the darkness than to curse the darkness. And those who don't even try to engage others in the spirit of discourse abuse the TOS and should be banned, IMHO.

Thanks for your encouraging links, kmx_swing. They reveal the fact that razor has been banned elsewhere for what he habitually does on this board. That was a very helpful thing for you to have pointed out. Muchas gracias, mi amigo.

Best regards to all,

Imperial Whazoo
