PKTO has been like this since the Select American Transfer scandal has been in the forefront. Notice no SBSH UBSS and the like on LII's? I am actually surprised the stock is still trading as much as it is.

You want to talk about pain look at ATLJ. Was in the mid $.003's before dropping like crazy.

Wait for the hearing and load up if you think it is worth the risk.
