FF here is the explanation I got from pinksheets about trades posting after close

The trades that are posted after the close do not necessarily occur after
the close of market, but are market-makers clearing their books. Sometimes
there is heaving trading while the market is open, and after the bell the
market-makers have an opportunity to finalize all of their transactions.

It is a terrible explanation, pinks don't trade after hours. I think that it's one or more MM's are holding trades (usually sells) until after close while the company dilutes. What a joke.
